Hi Liam,

We don't assess you on the 1.5 mile run anymore, its 1.2 miles/2km.

For the Parachute Regiment you will have to run the 1.2 mile in under 8:15.

Thanks Gabriella! As an Officer, i'm guessing you would be expected to be considerably under the 8.15?

On a separate point - is the 2km run doing during assessment with all other recruits?

We don't offer the Parachute Regiment under the Officer Route - it would be Regular Soldier only.
