Is there a specific training programme that is recommended for potential Paratroopers to follow ahead of PRAC?

As far as I am aware no there is not. However aim to be able to run comfortably for 45 mins without stopping at a steady pace, make sure you can do at least 50 press ups and sit-ups in x2 2 minute blocks and you should be at a reasonable level of fitness. Ensure you stretch after every physical training session. Maintain your hydration levels with water and ensure your nutritional intake is adequate.
