Reservist Brigade SO2 SPS
You have to be up to standard to pass the Army assessment centre. If you get to basic training and you're not up to standard you will have extra physical training to try and get you up to standard.
If you are interested in the paras - if you are struggling with getting up to standard then you will struggle. You will want to be absolutely surpassing it. The fitter you are the better and the easier you'll find everything.
