I am not 100% sure about this but I believe that you will not be able to Enlist in the Regular Army while you are doing a degree because being a Regular Soldier is full-time.
You can join the Reserves while you are completing your degree as the Reserves are part time, and then transfer to the Regulars once you have completed your masters.
