Hi Daisy, thanks for your question. My first piece of advice is to research whats it like to be in the Army, not just as a CMT. It is a whole lifestyle, so ensure that the Army is for you. Once you are sure its a correct fit for you, fitness is a great place to start and maintain. You can download the Army Fitness App that will provide you with a great place to start. You could also look at any form of first aid. If you are currently employed you could look into this from your employer. Lastly, just researching what you will be doing during your Basic Training is a great place to start. You can never be to prepared. I hope this helps!
