If you're worried about your BMI I would speak to your candidate support manager once your application is complete.
My advice would be to go ahead and apply. Once your application is started you can join the Army recruitment strava group and get advice on how to get fitter for assessment. Not everyone joins the Army 100% fit. We are an organisation that gives you the opportunity to live a healthier lifestyle.
